		<description>Great Post.  I was having this discussion with someone yesterday.  A lot of Gen Yers believe they are entitled to something, we also have the potential to be great.  I love the line &quot;the cool kids are the DOERS.&quot;  When generation y gets over the thought of entitlement, they take the time to get out there and do something- make changes, make something of themselves, and become leaders.
