Eline is Grupo Foco’s president.  Grupo Foco is a headhunting company which was founded 16 years ago, and now had 450 employees and 18
branches in the most important Brazilian cities.

Eline completed her undergrad in Business at FGV-RJ.  She also holds an MBA from Coppead-UFRJ.   She has been a partner of Stanton Chase International for 13 years and counting…

Eline also gives countless talks all over the country and abroad.  She is recognized by the market as being a great speaker in topics and themes relating to Human Resources.

Eline has written various articles for newspapers and magazines, in which she discusses the trends in organizations and among employees. These articles are always based on concrete studies and research.

Her know-how also makes her a cosntant reference when it comes to HR issues in the press such as:  Gazetta Mercantil, Exame, TV Globo, and Folha de Sao Paulo, among others.

Eline has been researching trends and behavior among the new generation for several years.  She is particularly interested in the influence video games have on youth’s job performance.  She has become a frequent source for the Brazilian press on the topic, especially when it comes to Generation Y.

Eline started her career at “Mesbla Loja de Departamentos,” where she was the Director of Human Resources, and also a part of “Strategic Planning and Organization.”  She was also the Director at Servenco, which dealt with companies in diverse sectors such as: Construction, Real Estate, Hotels and Resorts, and Shopping Malls.
